RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY

Allure Eparis all items are final sale only store credit or exchange will be offered. All items returned for exchange and or store credit must be approved  and must have the original garment tags attached.And/or come in its original state.The item(s) will be refused and sent back to you if they do not comply with the terms.

 

 

 

Please allow up to 5 business days from when your package is delivered back to us for returned items to be processed. Store credit and exchange will be processed after we have inspected your items and confirmed that they are in their original condition.

Allure Eparis is not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit. We suggest you select delivery confirmation and insurance when shipping the item(s) back to us as this will provide you with remedy with the shipping company if an issue does arise. Once the item(s) is received and processed you will receive an email confirmation in regards to the next steps.

 

 

 

Please note exchanges and or store credits are processed as a new order and will not be expedited.

Due to the limited nature of our merchandise, we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges. Please contact customer service for assistance to ensure that we have additional sizes available at time of exchange approval.

Allure Eparis reserves the right to refuse excessive exchange and store credit returns.
